وَتَرْزُقُ مَنْ تَشاءُ : فعل مضارع واسم الموصول مفعوله والفاعل أنت وجملة تشاء صلة الموصول
بِغَيْرِ : متعلقان بمحذوف صفة لمفعول به ثان محذوف التقدير : ترزق رزقا وافرا بغير حساب
